Fiscal Year 2017 Results

CAFE has exceeded the university baseline goal with 16.3% minority faculty in fiscal year 2017, and seen increases from the previous year in each minority faculty category.

CAFE’s second Intercultural Awareness Day had over 150 attendees; over 45 faculty, staff, student, alumni, and community partner nominations for the Empowering Women within the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment awards; and over 25 student applications for the scholarship provided by the event.

Unconscious Bias Training was provided for all CAFE faculty and staff—85% of the employees participated including 71% of the faculty, 72% of the staff, and 98% of the Extension staff.
